Development layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this new image disclosure appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and includes a key labelling distinct sections of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, including layouts for boat shelters.
Additional images made public as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
